So we want to help reduce waste but also help y'all experience more banging coffees... 


We generally try to send coffee out no longer than 2 weeks after roasting but on occasion, we roast too much which means the odd bag gets a little older and doesn't make it out. 


That being said coffee about two weeks out of the roaster is probably the best time to start drinking as it has rested and should be BEAUT!


We also do a lot of test roasting and sometimes the produce is SUPER tasty and as we wouldn't have labels ready sometimes we just don't get to drink it all ourselves. We will therefore be popping some of these tasty previews in here as well giving them the love they deserve!
